Negotiations between the delegations of Ukraine and Russia continue via video link. Earlier, the meetings were held in a face-to-face format.
This was first stated in the Kremlin, and then the Ukrainian side confirmed the information.
Mikhail Podolyak, an adviser to the Ukrainian presidential office, said that special working subgroups had been created.
“Ukraine’s position is determined by extremely tough initiating directives,” he said.
Переговори з делегацією РФ тривають безперервно у відеоформаті. Створено спеціальні робочі підгрупи. Позиції України визначені надзвичайно жорсткими попередніми директивами. @AndriyYermak pic.twitter.com/L4jA8MzolT

Vladimir Medinsky heads the Russian delegation at the talks.
There have already been several rounds of negotiations between the delegations of Ukraine and Russia in Belarus. Also, this week, a meeting of the foreign ministers of Ukraine and Russia was held in Turkey’s Antalya. But these talks have not brought a breakthrough; no peace agreement has been reached so far.
